1.Spinach
According dietician Mary Dinehart-Perry, in the U.S., Spinaches are not only an ideal alternative to increase the volume of your meals without adding calories, but they also contain many nutrients (vitamins A, C, K, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium and fiber), which are also easy on your body. Dr.Mary recommends you consume spinach salad, vegetable soup and add  spinach, to fight various diseases and to be in a perfect form.

2. Menthol
Its function is to mitigate blowing or digestive problems after a heavy meal, by relaxing the muscles in the digestive routes. Try to mix the ice with mint tea, add mint leaves in your water, or pertypini leaves as they are.




 3. Red peppers
Are one of the most beautiful color vegetables, rich in antioxidants, especially vitamin C and beta-carrot, which help the body to fight infections. Dr. Margaux J. 4. Salmon
Hear often for salmon and its benefits. But what is so special about this fish?

It has a low  calories content, saturated fat (Saturated) and sodium. Also has more protein, but what makes salmon so special is the content of omega-3 fatty acid . This acid is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, prevents heart problems, lowers high blood pressure, etc..

5. Dried fruit
Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts are rich in healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. But caution: eat only fruits and dried without salt
