Your post pregnancy weight loss should usually start with mild exercise at the initial stage.Too much exercises at this stage can cause severe injuries especially if you had the baby through c-section. Don't speed up your weight loss exercises all because you saw a celebrity mom on magazine and you are so much dying to be like her. Just give it time,post pregnancy weight loss is not that hard but you can also complicate things for yourself if you don't take it easy and steady.
