1. No time for training? Take a walk on the lunch hour, do push-ups, squats and crunches while your children play in the bath, or else jump rope or better  pedal on your stationary bike while you watch your favorite show, make slits while talking on the phone ... in short, take every opportunity to move ! These extras MAKE a difference!

2. The only thing that I will never stop giving, because it works every time: set your training time on your calendar and do  stick to it. This is the best way to achieve success

3.Physical activities; Find the one you like . Not just one! As the variety helps to stay motivated, allows you to experience a range of exercises to see which ones you like the most.

4. Keep your guilt Down ! Too often (and especially women) it feels wrong to take time for yourself, to train. Cherish this moment we need to take care of ourselves in order to be more willing to take care of those around us in the future. Enjoy your workouts and think only of you ... for once!

5.Evaluate  your body composition . The analysis and interpretation of the results of this test will give an accurate picture of your current state and allow you to better target your goals (gain or fat loss, muscle mass, water). Repeating the test every 6 months (or more), you can properly evaluate your progress and adjust your training plan accordingly.

7. Do not panic if you do not see results you seek ! The benefits of exercise may take a few days to several weeks to occur, depending on the frequency and intensity of your workouts. Be patient and enjoy small gains, such as increased energy, better sleep, better mood, pride, etc.. Each day, write a benefit you gained from exercising. You may gain better digestion and a  good feeling that you are achieving success in what you planned

8. Go to bed early. Lack of sleep and fatigue can adversely affect your motivation and your desire to move. On the other hand, a good night's sleep helps you recover well from your workouts, which has the effect of improving your fitness and help you reach your goals.
