How To Lose 10 Pounds In 2 Weeks: The Most Important Thing To Work On


If you want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, I have good news and bad news. The good news is that it is quite possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. In fact, this is something you can do, given the appropriate guidelines. The bad news is that you will probably fail.

The reason  is not physical and has little to do with foods , workouts, and calories. It has a lot to do with your mind.

Know that , it is possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, this is not something that can be done easily because there are a lot of weight  that has been accumulated for months.You will need to maintain a healthy eating plan during this time and do some exercise. But this is not the real problem.The problem is that during these two weeks, more than 90% of people will slip up. They will either eat too few times, or simply meet incredible cravings that prevent them from continuing their healthy diet for the whole 2 weeks.

Why does this happen? This happens because at some level or another, we are all emotional eaters to some extent. It's true. Once we are on a weight loss plan, it is not our body  that requires food, it is our emotions and every little thing can bring on a wave of cravings.For example, suppose you are trying to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, but suddenly you have a stressful time at work or with your family. Most people deal with stress by overeating. That's why they call it stress eating. So while you are trying to stick to a weight loss plan, your emotions are  fighting, and most people do not know how to stop.

This is really the only thing that prevents you from losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks. If you simply can control emotional eating and avoid cravings, you will stick to the diet program you choose and lose all the weight you want. Without knowing how to stop emotional eating and cravings, you will probably fail.
